Payment

All payments are made through Google checkout, which use the highest level of encryption to ensure your details are kept safe. Kids stuff Ltd do not keep any credit card details or other sensitive information.  Payment will not be taken until items have been dispatched.

Deliveries

How will your order be delivered and how much will it cost?

Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail or City Link and most parcels will require a signature. Please make sure that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for your order.I  If there is no one to sign for your parcel there maybe an additional charge to have it redelivered after 3 failed delivery attempts. The couriers work  8am-6pm Monday to Friday.

Delivery is £3.95 per order to mainland UK addresses, and will be with you within 1-4working days. If due to any reasons this will not be possible we will contact you to inform you of an expected delivery date.

There is no minimum order amount.

Deliveries over £50 will be delivered for free to mainland UK

There are items that may incur extra charge due to size and weight of the product. We will get in contact with you to advise of any extra charges before processing the order.

For Saturday delivery please telephone 01825 762164 to check availability and to confirm cost.

If Packaging appears to be damaged please refuse the parcel, and contact us as soon as possible. We will then make arrangements for a replacement to be dispatched as soon as possible.

Returns

If for any reason you wish to return the product you may do so within 7 working days, as long as all goods are returned in the same unopened condition as they arrived. You will receive a full refund of the cost of the goods but will be liable for the cost of postage.

Faulty Goods

If for any reasons the goods are faulty please contact us and we will arrange to either repair, replace or refund the goods. All products must be returned complete with all parts. This does not cover fair “wear and tear”. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Prices

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of vat.

All item prices are exclusive of packaging and delivery. All delivery costs are found on the delivery page.

All Sale items have been on sale at the higher price in at least one of our stores for at least 28 days during the previous 6 months.

We reserve the right to change prices or description without notice. All toys on the website are invitation to treat only and are not offers. Any orders received represent an offer to buy products indicated by you, this is not a binding contract until we accept the order and dispatch the products. This means should the price, description or any other information be incorrect Kids Stuff Ltd shall not be obliged to sell you the product.

Availability

If for any reason the product you ordered is not available, we will contact you and let you know as soon as possible. Kids Stuff Ltd is not legally bound to supply the product until we accept your order and despatch. We are happy to put items on back order for you, but will contact you again before dispatch.

Privacy
