Deliveries

How will your order be delivered and how much will it cost?

Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail or City Link and most parcels will require a signature. Please make sure that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for your order.  If there is no one to sign for your parcel there maybe an additional charge to have it redelivered after two failed attempts. The couriers work  8am-6pm Monday to Friday.

Delivery is £3.95 per order to mainland UK addresses, and will be with you within 1-4working days. If due to any reasons this will not be possible we will contact you to inform you of an expected delivery date.

There is no minimum order amount.

Deliveries over £50 will be delivered for free to mainland UK

There are items that may incur extra charge due to size and weight of the product. We will get in contact with you to advise of any extra charges before processing the order.

For Saturday delivery please telephone 01825 762164 to check availability and to confirm cost.

If Packaging appears to be damaged please refuse the parcel, and contact us as soon as possible. We will then make arrangements for a replacement to be dispatched as soon as possible.
