We know sometimes everyone changes their minds about a purchase. You have up to 14 days to return a item after delivery for a full refund excluding your costs for returning the item.

Please enclose your copy of the order information your received in your documents enclosed slip.

When returning a item please get proof of postage from Royal Mail.

If you need to return a heavy item please contact us on 01825 508502 and we can try and arrange a collection for you at additional cost.
