How much will it cost?

For delivery in time for Christmas to be guaranteed, orders need to be placed by Monday 21st before 12pm and next day delivery option paid for. Orders will be sent with Parcelforce and will need to be signed for.
Delivery is FREE on all orders over £50 and will be sent out on our Standard 48 Hour Service.

Standard Delivery £3.95 on a 48 Hour Service on orders placed before 12pm

Express Delivery £7.00 Next day delivery on orders placed Monday - Thursday before 1pm. Orders placed after this will be sent out on the next working day.

Orders placed on Friday after 12.00pm will be dispatched on the Monday if you wish to have a Saturday delivery this is possible and costs £12. Please phone us to place the order on 01825 508502

Bulky orders to non mainland UK will incur extra delivery costs. We will advise you of the new delivery cost and check you are happy to proceed before dispatching the item.

How will it be delivered

Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail or Parcelforce . We will supply you with a tracking number for all deliveries. We send out all deliveries tracked so these will require a signature so please make sure that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for your order. We cannot give you a guaranteed time slot but are happy to deliver to your workplace, Family or Friends. If there is no one to sign for your parcel there may be an additional charge to have it redelivered after two failed attempts.

Parcelforce work the hours of 8am-6pm Monday to Friday.

There is no minimum order amount.

If Packaging appears to be damaged please refuse the parcel, and contact us as soon as possible. We will then make arrangements for a replacement to be dispatched as soon as possible.

We know sometimes everyone changes their minds about a purchase. You have up to 14 days to return a item after delivery for a full refund excluding your costs for returning the item.

When returning a item please get proof of postage from Royal Mail.

Why you can feel secure shopping with us

Industry leading transaction security

All transaction information passed between our website and the SagePay Payment System is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and all messages from SagePay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing passed to SagePay can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Internationally recognised encryption and data storage

Once on the SagePay system, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data they hold is extremely secure and they are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.

Private network links to banks

SagePay has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.

Employee access

No individuals within our company or SagePay are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Their systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your card information is secure even from their own employees because the systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.
